About
This Networking Meeting will bring together the Portuguese Biophysical community in the fields of Protein Structural Biology and Membrane Biophysics. This event is specially designed to promote scientific networking among distinct groups in the two research areas, and to encourage future productive collaborations in the lipid-protein interaction field. Furthermore, this interdisciplinary event will connect researchers with complementary expertise in different biophysical techniques, such as NMR, X-ray, MD simulations, single-molecule, advanced fluorescence and microscopy techniques, and Atomic Force Microscopy.
This one-day networking event will consist of five Keynote Lectures, eleven selected oral communications from only PhD students and Postdocs, a poster section and finally, a career discussion panel for PhD students and Postdocs. The best poster will be awarded a prize. Registration and abstract submission are free of charge for all attendees.
